What do you like best? They're typically very fast on chat to reply to my questions and the user interface is very easy to use. What do you dislike? I feel like the load time of pages with videos on them is a bit slower than I would like. They did work to try to improve it, but it still seems to impact the load time a bit. Above and beyond amazing customer service

What do you like best? Hippo offers some great video management tools. We particularly liked the testimonial feature. Our favorite thing though was their amazing customer service. I don't know if they always do this, but actually needed some custom tweaks to the testimonial feature and they developed them for us at no extra cost. They bent over backwards to help me!

What do you like best? Their customer service and tech support rival that of a Chick-Fil-A restaurant! My tech guy, Siva Shankar, spent over 90 minutes helping me to figure some things out about the platform. He also followed up with me immediately if I emailed him with further questions. Super support and platform

What do you like best? The customer support of Hippo is world class. I was able to get in contact easily and speak directly with engineering to get things fixed for my client and their team was there every step of the way. When features were missing we were able to get them added to the roadmap and guided through every step of the process in adding Hippo's video tool to my clients app. Really promising tool and company. User friendly with all the features you need

What do you like best? Ease of use - I have tried others like Loom and they just don't work as well What do you dislike? Sometimes the uploads fail - I have poor internet service and I wish you could choose a lower resolution sometimes. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? I had a great experience every time I had to deal with support. It is user friendly, and far defeats competitor pricing. What do you dislike? Love the editing features, wish the chrome extension was better

What do you like best? I love the marketing tools and the ways you can dress up the recordings. I also find the click emphasis really useful for guiding viewers to specific click steps. What do you dislike? I wish I could use a headshot in place of live video, similar to Loom Video.
