"Hippo is a very user friendly program "

What do you like best? The program is user friendly, produces relevant reports, allows users to have different access. Workers are able to access the program from their phones which allows updates right at the various sites we work out of. The mechanics are working more with the program as they are seeing how easy it is to use and how it makes their preventative maintenance job much easier by completing a schedule for them

"System and the Support Group are very Customer Service Oriented "

What do you like best? The system itself can be easily customized according to your needs. The dashboard design are very smart in the eye of both user and client. As a user, easy to understand same with easy to work with considering that a proper control in the side of the client are in place. The support of each officer I had are awesome really
