"Pretty good for scalable reference checks"
What do you like best about HiPeople? Only ever used it for reference checks and it did a good job at that. It's easy to get candidates to self-manage, add their own referrals, and then the way it shows those ex peers/managers' feedback is most useful when in qualitative comments form.
