I rely upon Hightail everyday to safely…
I rely upon Hightail everyday to safely and efficiently transmit larger recording files. Even clients with Google Drive prefer receiving their files from Hightail when given an option. And the files are there for perpetuity. This platform has made my job so much easier. I tell everyone who sends out big files to use it.

Great service
Great service: fast, easy for me and for my clients too. And one more very important detail is that it is easy for me to check if my clients have downloaded the files. I work with Hightail for more than ten years and I don't have a reason to go to another service.

I've been using HighTail for many years…
I've been using HighTail for many years now and continue to be pleased with the ease and reliability of the service. My only regret is that "Hightail Express" is no longer available. As you know HighTail requires that images and documents be added individually and as far as I know - you cannot send a FOLDER of data (images & docs). The contents must be uploaded individually. This is very time consuming when you have lots of images to send. Being able to just select the Folder and send was ...

Never a problem.
Never a problem. With other programs, sometimes the recipient always has "trouble downloading. Never with Hightail.
