Staff at Hightail was ready to remedy…
Staff at Hightail was ready to remedy my problem, but I solved it myself. I found that my large Photoshop files were failing to go through and not being received because, quite simply, I was trying to send too many. By separating the quantity to fewer files per send, I was able to send them, no problem.

Hightail has ALWAYS met my needs
Hightail has ALWAYS met my needs, delivered files quickly and accurately, The pricing is also very reasonable as I’m a retired graphic designer, on limited income, and Hightail had given me the benefit of sending larger files that I can not send through normal email. One thing I’m TRULY grateful for, I have an older operating system that I can no longer update or I’ll loose my software. With all things advancing I’m very relieved that I can still use Hightail, thank you.

A very reliable mean of communicating with large files
I am using Hightail for few years and there were no problems in sending files to my correspondents. They also newer experienced problems in getting the files. The service is also very simple to use and receivers simply obtain a link to get the files sent to them. Thus, I gladly recommend Hightail as a very reliable mean of communicating with large files.
