Another great experience with amazing…

Another great experience with amazing customer service. I thought this task was going to take a long time but my contact was patient with me and made sure I was aware of the changes we were making so I understood the path. I tried at least 3x to get an issue resolved with my funnel. I was losing hope fast. Then the universe blessed me with Jerome (Extendly rep) who understood the issue, showed initiative and jumped in with resolutions! After realizing the issue was more complicated than he initially thought, Jerome passed the baton to "Abi". All good until something doesn’t work !

Been using go high level for about 6 weeks, so far I think it offers a lot and overall I would say it’s good value for money however as time has gone on cracks have started to appear. Support is available 24hrs a day via zoom which was great to begin with but once you get a grasp of it you realise the majority of the support don’t really know how to use the system fully.
