"Awful customer support. Not easy set up as promised."
What do you like best about HighLevel? I like that the product has many features and is priced fairly. I signed up as an affiliate, and recommended the platform to a client who trusted me and signed up as a user. That client is now very disappointed in the time and money wasted trying to make it work. "Efficient and customizable"
What do you like best about HighLevel? Ease of use - It's a platform for any company that wishes to scale. What do you dislike about HighLevel? Custom values are still not adequate. On the Survey level, we also experienced a few issues with customizations. What problems is HighLevel solving and how is that benefiting you? High Level assists our company processes to implement new solutions to new clients smoothly.

"Great features, steep learning curve, and it's worth it."
What do you like best about HighLevel? A Great foundation to build on top of with a functional CRM, Website designer, funnel builder, pipeline creator, and client conversations flow. Founded, built, run, and maintained by a small group of motivated entrepreneurs, they are still closer to the beginning than what I would consider v 1.0.
