"Great services"

What do you like best about HighLevel? Very prompt resolution once I was answered. The success Advisor was fast and explainitory. What do you dislike about HighLevel? The wait time was over 3 hours total from phone call to zoom call before I finally reached someone. What problems is HighLevel solving and how is that benefiting you? The mixing of two different accounts that should be unrelated by third party user.

"GHL is the best underrated CRM"

What do you like best about HighLevel? Ease of use. You can create anything with it, you can do almost everything with it. What do you dislike about HighLevel? I think the tool you have for the web chat feature is a little weak. I would like to see more varied solutions for automation there. What problems is HighLevel solving and how is that benefiting you? Besides being a tool for our team. Make sure we have follow ups and reminders sent to our sales team, we also sell GHL.

"V poor customer experience. UX is poor. Articles are not clear. Support takes ages to receive."

What do you like best about HighLevel? Nothing. UX is poor, support is poor, I have question marks on making this purchase. What do you dislike about HighLevel? Most of it. I regret buying. From a product standpoint a lot is missing. What problems is HighLevel solving and how is that benefiting you? Helping collate client data and creating a mechanism to reach out. Currently, the benefits are very little.

"This is a game changer for a small business owner"

What do you like best about HighLevel? With the constant updates from the dev team, they do a fantastic job! They listen to you, the user!! What do you dislike about HighLevel? Not many things because it's constantly improving. They make it the simplest for the newest person. But if you're a nerd, you'll pick it up faster, lol What problems is HighLevel solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps me run my business and provide local music lessons to my community.
