I have been using the app for 5+ years through all my devices on different platforms (Win,MacOs,Android), and always had very good experience. Advised it to many of my friends. Please keep going like that

Connections are always fast and stable
Connections are always fast and stable. My ISP (cable TV system using DOCSIS) limits speed to 60M down/6M up and I get exactly the same speed whether connecting direct or or via hide.me. Ping time is also unaffected. Two days ago, the ISP upgraded the service to 100M/20M and again there is no speed difference using VPN. Speed is the same whether connecting to UK or USA, just a change in ping time. Excellent service, sensibly priced.

The Best Free VPN for the free plan
The Best Free VPN for the free plan, it does not keeps any log at all after some thorough check not even a timestamp!!!, only the data allocation for anti abuse though

Their service worked for a few months but then abruptly crashed. I'm in China and depend on a reliable VPN. I thought I had that in Hide.Me so I signed up for two years. They provided good service for about 5 months but when China added a new level of blocks they were apparently unable to deal with it and instead sent me long emails full of tech jargon and wanted me to fix THEIR problem.
