Charged twice but no refund
I've been charged £60 twice for 1 years subscription and they have refused to give me back my money. I am now having to contact my bank.I can't believe they can steal your money and get away with it.Update: 6 weeks later and multiple emails, Paddle on behalf of hide me have finally authorised a refund after admitting a system error took two payments instead of one.

I read reviews from 2015 up to 2020 and I found Hide.me just keeps getting better and better. More servers/locations, 10 simultaneous devices, more VPN protocols, options like Split Tunneling (choosing which apps to not route through the VPN) and Stealth Guard (blocking apps from running if the VPN is disabled) and the possibility to auto-start and auto-connect while minimized when you turn your PC on. hide.me kostenlos ausprobiert, kein problem.danach gekauft, lief 2 tage ok, dann kamm update und nix mehr ging.endloses hin und her mit support (der eigentlich keiner ist!), danach wollte ich den service kündigen... aber wo und wie...??? versucht das mal rauszukriegen, bevor ihr bezahlt.meine erfahrung: unbrauchbar (aus thailand) und kompliziert zu kündigen!
