My knowledge of the available VPNs, as well as my general computer knowledge is very low. I tried a few VPN’s, and always needed good support. I got competent “real” support from hide.me, which I found a nice change compared to my increasing frustrations elsewhere, when confronted with the inefficient incompetent “artificial” type support; “AI and trained monkeys call centre and co.” It encouraged me to take out a paid subscription when free services might have just about fulfilled my ...

Excellent and very speedy service
Excellent and very speedy service. Had an email issue while using the vpn, so lodged a ticket. Within 30 minutes I received a reply with a fix.

Simple but effective
I use the free version, so choice of countries is limited to 4 or 5 but that's ok for my particular use. Selecting a country is easy. Every now and then (I don't know exactly when, every month ?) I get the message that my 'lease' is expired, but it can be renewed with one click. You start with 10 GB and can constantly check how much of that is left.
