Support is great! Product is better!
I've been using Hide.me for a very long time and i can say with confidence that it is a great service. Their support is great too. None of those frustrating auto-reply bots that blast out unhelpful messages, If you contact support you will get a human who knows what they're doing :) that aside the VPN is great, it does it's job and both versions, paid and free, work perfectly and without hitch. (if you do have problems I'm sure their support team can help fix it!)

100% Thumbs up!
On the few occasions I have had to contact hide.me support including my very last one recently I can only give them a 100% thumbs up rating! Their responses have always been prompt, efficient, courteous, professional and friendly AND most of all accurate to my issue something I do not experience with many other organisations that I’ve dealt with! Keep up the good work!
