Long Time User
I have had hide.me for several years now. Occasionally there will be a technical problem or some kind of glitch with a new version. This does not concern me because I get lightning fast response (hours not days) every time. The service is polite and responsive, they actually read my emails to them. I always recover from a problem quickly, usually the same day.

Still having a problem with a port scan…
Still having a problem with a port scan every day knocking out my VPN, but that's not your fault. It's the ISP doing it and I don't know how to stop it. Otherwise, my VPN service is great.
