What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? Very easy to use interface, friendly-looking UX. On the homepage, company employees can post kudos, and it looks just like a social media feed; people can comment/react to it. We use that quite a bit! Pretty nice for acknowledging colleagues' achievements. It has all the necessary information: vacation booking, docs, and everything else. What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? It is user-friendly and easy to navigate. It's attractive to look at and appealing to the eye. It is easy to search for specific people's data/documents etc.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? We have been using bob since 2018 and have seen so much growth and more advanced uses during this time. I like how much automation there is for processes and how user-friendly it is. There are continuously new features to try out, and it integrates with other platforms to streamline processes.
