What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? bob does what we need. More importantly, bob does it our way. We were able to bob-ise our existing processes, so it was a pretty smooth adoption. We're very happy with the product

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? I love how easy it is to use the UX is great. hibob is also really open about what is in development pipeline, and the customer service/help desk is one of the best.

"Would not recommend for bigger companies."
What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? Very user friendly, lots of our managers like it and employees too. Wish we could use the timeoff reporting module but it's not compliant with Swedish law. It's more challenging for an HR person/admin to work in the system.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? I think that the first thing people notice is the nice UI. It's relatively customizable, it's easy on the eyes and it is quite intuitive from the admin point of view.

"Fantastic HRIS with excellent customer service"
What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? I like how user-friendly the interface is. I also like how bob goes above and beyond with its talent module feature and survey functionality. We don't need an additional software provider to run our engagement surveys - it's a one-stop shop! I also have a dedicated account manager so is a great communicator and always available to answer my questions or walk me through a new feature.
