What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? What i like most about Hibob is that it incorporates all of the essentials & must have for an HRIS system. Not only can you track performance, send surveys, and monitor time off, you can engage with your team using message board posts.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? The possibility to customize almost everything. The tool is intuitive, easy to use, the design is simple but nice to the eye. I think it's built very smartly, apparently by people who know about HR

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? The user interface is super friendly, you can very easily navigate around the system without the need for training. It is one of the systems that you just like using, unlike others sometimes dated or hard to navigate platforms.

It's clear and the interface works well both for employees when using and for employers during implementation and maintenance. In general, it's a perfect fit if you are looking for a user-friendly and reliable tool that is not overcomplicated.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? All the flow and tasks that you can do automatically. Less manual work. Especially the preboarding, onboarding and offboarding is a hit. It's both fun and serious.
