"Brilliantly designed experience-focused end-to-end HRIS"
What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? The number one thing is the focus on the user experience - it's not a traditional HRIS, it's an employee experience system! It's fun and intuitive to use - our employees love that it's set out like a social media platform. It's super engaging and doesn't feel at all like an HRIS - but it does the traditional HRIS things better than the big players!

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? The number one thing is the focus on the user experience - it's not a traditional HRIS, it's an employee experience system! It's fun and intuitive to use - our employees love that it's set out like a social media platform. "Not sure what we would do without Bob!!"
What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? Bob is incredibly customisable which means you are able to personalise it to your needs. It also means we are much less reliant on spreadsheets as Bob acts as one version of the truth! Our CSM, Tom Jenney, has been brilliant from the start, helping me create bespoke functionality tailored to our needs which has decreased the time the People time now spend on admin.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? Bob is really intuitive and everyone in the business like the looks of it. Little training has had to be carried out following implementation because it is so easy to pick up.
