"User friendly and intuitive system"
What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? The system is very user friendly and intuitive. It is easy for both admins and employees to use and the information is presented very clearly. The functionality is also great - I love the benefits page and compensation tool.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? I like that Bob is incredibly intuitive and user-friendly. Before Bob, we had no HRIS but our employees took to it like a duck to water. They are adding new features regularly and could become the best HRIS on the market

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? How easy it is to find documents and upload people onto the system. It is also integrated into our Workable system so once we move an employee to hired it makes it easy for us to see who our new employees are.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? Hibob is great at laying down the foundation of what you need to get a HIRIS system up and running at your organization. There is alot of add-ons to help with automating admin tasks and built in reporting that gives you clear insights.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? All of our employees jumped right in to start using Bob and there was no resistance. Implementation companywide went well. Integrates with our ATS and other tools.
