What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? The breadth of features, but also that it does a lot of them well and not just in title. The people data and reporting is key, but also use of task lists and flows has really brought onboarding and probation to light for us.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? What i love most about Hi Bob is the fact that is is easy to use, it saves time, helps with easy on boarding, the automation helps alot. As an employee it is easy for me to ask for a leave and go through all the process at my finger tip and the processes are not even that long just a few taps. Wherever I am i can just tap my phone ask for a leave and i dont have to go to the HR'S office to ask for that leave and i think that is so cool. But also the ...
