What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? Hibob is very intuitive and easy to use. It's easy to integrate ideas outside of the system. For example, we wanted a way to track what people do and what they work with. It was as simple as going in and adding employee fields. We have effortlessly included the review of documents as well. This has minimized the need for other tools like DocuSign when we are trying to simply send out an update.
