What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? Love the insights around my company. Especially the dashboards that go into detail abou DE&I and retention. It's eye opening and allows us to see where we're missing the mark.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? Easy to use, a lot of flexibility - they give a great platform that includes everything together (Data, Reporting, Performance, Survey, Time Off, Attendance, Documents signature) - covers all aspects and you don't need an technical expert to manage it or a lot of other different platforms around it to complete it - it brings great value as a stand alone HR platform.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? I like the ease of use of the platform, and what it allows us to do all in one place. I like the integrations, the customer support is amazing, anything we need they've been able to help us within 24 hours. The bulk import feature is great too!

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? usability, very intuitive, decent customer service, and pretty on the eyes too. I find the functionality of Bob much better than PeopleHR ever was - no plans to go back or leave anytime soon.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? It is a true global HRIS, it's easy to configure and navigate and the reporting is simple and accessible. The many modules (Talent, Time, Compensation, Analytics, People) is robust where you don't have to purchase a number of other "add on's" for external vendors to support the employee lifecycle. What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? I feel that the biggest achievment of Hibob is the fact you got all of what you need from an HR system in one platform (directory, time off management, surveys, performance reviews, etc).

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? It's easy to use. Our team members can access it and use it well. It works well for our PTO tracking and managing our team's contact information.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? Bob has amazing customer service. I appreciate the automation possibilities. One of the best things about the tool is the Talent management tool. I have used both Personio and Bamboo before and I have to say that bob performs better when it comes to customer service and Performance management.

The platform is really user-friendly and the design and navigation of features are well thought out.We;ve been with Bob for the past 5 years now and during this time they've implemented a lot of changes and improvements over the years. I love the monthly newsletters and updates. The whole team really enjoys the platform too.
