What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? It is clear and easy to navigate, and it has amazing dashboards that are easily adjusted to our needs. People don't have any problems in booking their holidays or days off, Reports and surveys look amazing.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? The provided tools. The environment of the tool (GUI). The amount of flexibility that it gives to the backend user as well as the frontend user.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? The platform is super easy to navigate and pull reports. It's reliable and I like that you can use it for absence management, performance, engagement and recognition. It's a one stop shop! I use Hibob every day, and if I run into any problems, the customer support team and Harry are very helpful and quick to respond.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? That it feels modern, easy and most of all that it is scalable!! Even if the company more than doubled in size we can still manage it.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? We change system to the HiBob system not long ago but it has been a really easy tool to use, very intuitive and there's always support when needed. The implementation was also very smooth, we had weekly meetings and it was done step by step. It's a tool I use everyday.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? One stop shop for a lot of HRIS systems. We have found that it can replace multiple functions we had set up. Customisation available for a lot of the setup, i.e task lists. The interface is straightforward, both for admins & users.
