What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? The best aspect is having all employee data in one place. It's very useful for conducting regular performance reviews and evaluating employee rankings within the business. What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS? I am not able to manage leaves in HiBob.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? Reporting is solid and the system is user-friendly. I like having employee profiles and information in one place, and the performance setup is straightforward. What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? I like how easy it is to use HiBob HRIS; the whole UI and UX are very nice. The software is designed in such a way that everything is easy to find. I don’t really need any training or anyone to explain it to me. It's very self-explanatory. The initial setup was very easy. The way the tabs are named is very simple for anyone to understand. What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? It's functionality too limited to recommend unless you want to copy & paste your forecast from Excel. What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS? The forecasting is very limited and simple things aren't possible. For instance, you can't reference the balance sheet during income forecasting, so you can't forecast interest expense or interest income based on the balance sheet items like cash or debt outstanding.

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS? It’s very clear. I mostly use it to manage my own work details, but I also use it with my team and for performance reviews. What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS? You always need the app; otherwise, you can’t access it on mobile. On desktop, it's fine.
