What do you like best? Chrome extension is awesome since you can view relevant enterprise software being used by an Account by looking at their website, checking from Salesforce or reading an email from them in Office 365. What do you dislike? Does not have much data for many international accounts in Brazil, Israel or Apac. What do you like best? I love how simple it is to simply click on the button at the top right of my Chrome browser and have the drop down display the products used by the owners of the website. Interesting idea has potential

What do you like best? The UI is pretty straight forward to understand and the response is very good for seeing the results for the selections that I have chosen off of there. What do you dislike? It doesn't quite meet what I am looking for though. The areas that I work in are M2M, IoT, cellular, wireless gateway field; you can't really find that type of search criteria on here. Works half the time

What do you like best? Their data is pretty accurate when it works. What do you dislike? The chrome plugin sometimes interferes with the compose window and inserts the HG logo in random spots. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? More insight on prospects marketing/sales stacks

Good product for what you need it for

What do you like best? It's exactly targeted at the type of software (ERP) relevant to us. What do you dislike? Sometimes it doesn't work or we exceed our limit on application requests. Recommendations to others considering the product: Use it! Helps give you some ammo when calling into prospective customers. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Knowing current ERP systems to be able to more effectively prospect into accounts.
