What do you like best about HeyTaco? I love how easy it is to send my teammates recognition - makes it super simple to say thank you in a remote work environment. It is a great way to make people feel seen. What do you dislike about HeyTaco? I don't like how frequently I run into issues with deliverability of tacos. What do you like best about HeyTaco? HeyTaco gives employees a way to show thanks to another coworker. I like that recognition can be given out to anyone for anything. The ability to add rewards is also a great plus. What do you dislike about HeyTaco? I dislike that the larger Taco Rewards in the gift shop do not have more impact. What do you like best about HeyTaco? That we can recognize each other for tasks or achievements. It creates more unity and rapport within the company What do you dislike about HeyTaco? What do you like best about HeyTaco? I absolutely love using HeyTaco. Every day, we each get five tacos that we can allocate to other team members. I love showing my appreciation for them in a public forum. We get competitive looking at the leaderboard and seeing who's given the most tacos—even scheduling tacos to send over the weekend so we can keep the appreciation going. It's also a fun milestone to reach 500 tacos and be able to cash them in for huge gift cards - or cash them in for ...
