Enhances team engagement and collaboration by making recognition more interactive and enjoyable.

"The Best Employee Rewards Program...Like Ever!"
What do you like best about HeyTaco? It's by far the easiest employee rewards program I've used. Pretty much self-explanatory so there is no confusion on how to reward your peers. I do also appreciate the fact that we have options of tacos to choose from. What do you dislike about HeyTaco? I wish the super tacos, taco trees, and etc. were actually worth more than 1 taco. When I first gained access to the Taco program, I thought the taco trees were actually worth 3 tacos because the photo ...

"HeyTaco the perfect addition to office vibe and culture"
What do you like best about HeyTaco? The ability to recognize teammates on a consistent basis which allows to set a culture of recognising even the smallest of achievements or helps or contributions to the practice by each individual. What do you dislike about HeyTaco? I don't think there are any major downsides of using HeyTaco. One thing that could be done is to bake in more awareness-related activities right in the app so that more people are motivated to recognize their peers. What ...

"I like it!"
What do you like best about HeyTaco? I like that we can show appreciation to our coworkers in a tangible way that can be converted into gifts! It's a simple way to say thank you immediately after someone helps me with something. What do you dislike about HeyTaco? The dms are a little annoying. For example, getting a message every time I get a taco feels unnecessary because I know that the person already tagged me in the taco channel. What problems is HeyTaco solving and how is that ...

Sometimes I run out and want to thank more but thankfully this can be configured What problems is HeyTaco solving and how is that benefiting you? It solves a problem on how we can encourage work and good effort to be done because thanks is given in monetary reward value

"HeyTaco helped me find out how to add value to my company"
What do you like best about HeyTaco? You can download your data for Tacos Received to see what people give you the most tacos for. This is a great metric for "what I should be doing more of" in my opinion. What do you dislike about HeyTaco? The Gift Shop rewards don't really do anything. They make someone feel special maybe, but they're very big and in-your-face, so they might be a little awkward at times, too. It'd be cool if you could use them for more stuff than just trading cards. What ...
