Sometimes it takes new users a little extra time to understand how to give tacos to multiple people at once. Additional benefits from the company to its employees (merch/certificates/day off), which is based on the performance and depend on the amount of recognition from the other employees.

HeyTaco makes recognizing coworkers contributions easy from a remote workplace which makes us feel like we work in the same office

Nothing to report - it's a great tool I have used in two companies to date. What problems is HeyTaco solving and how is that benefiting you? Hey Taco has been a fantastic way to bridge some gaps with our remote team - it really drives quality collaboration.

What do you like best about HeyTaco? HeyTaco allows you to feel more connected to your remote colleagues and shows them that you recognize their hard work. When this can turn from a virtual kudos to a physical cup of coffee from their favorite local coffee shop, you feel like a better colleague and on the receiving end, it's not to see something tangible (occasionally) in a virtual world.
