What do you like best about Heymarket? We love how user-friendly it is for our employees. We know our guests really appreciate all of the communication that we're able to do specifically through our web chat that help answer questions about tickets, upcoming events, and membership status. We are grateful for the folks at HeyMarket that have helped us to improve HeyMarket for our team.

"Easy to use for teams & Zapier connections"
What do you like best about Heymarket? We trialed more than 5 SMS platforms for our business, trying to find one that would be simple for our team and allow us to connect many custom objects and fields from our CRM easily either natively or with Zapier. HeyMarket won out easily, and we've been using it now for months with no complaints. Any custom field you create is visible on the contact, and on Zapier, and then is also available as a merge field in your many options for custom templates. ...

"Does exactly what we need it to!"
What do you like best? The ease of setup and the ability to maintain text contact on a team level instead of just individual level. I also like the templates option as well. The nice thing about Heymarket is when our employees are talking to clients, the team can handle the texts instead of the texts just going to one person. This allows us to have streamlined conversations with our client without having to worry about someone being absent that day or unavailable.

"Added a personable approach to our hiring process!"
What do you like best? We love the ability to be able to text individuals by typing in their phone number only. Others required them to be added to a mailing list, which made the entire process much too difficult. We also love the near immediate replies we get with using text messaging as emails tend to get easily overlooked and buried in inboxes with no reply.

"A User Friendly Service That Brings People Together"
What do you like best? I enjoy the user-friendliness of the application. It is akin to using the web interface of a typical messaging application. What is also beneficial is the ability to assign messages to various members of a team on the fly, so everyone knows who is answer calls, everyone has visibility to the conversation and nothing gets dropped.
