What do you like best about Vivun? Vivun is built with PreSales in mind, it has everything our team needs to ensure their activities are tracked, view how deals are progressing, and it allows us to quickly view Hero Scores to help in our sales forecasting. The hero scores are explained in detail, which is great so we can tailor our apporach to the deal. What do you like best about Vivun? Vivun gives our organization data that we've never had before. We now know how our SEs and Solutions Architects (SEA) are spending their time, which identifies high value vs. low value activities. We also use Vivun data in forecasting to share the SEA contribution with our sales counterparts.
