"Henchman as my new useful assistant in contract drafting and -reviewing"

What do you like best about Henchman? Because it is a plug-in in word, it is a very easy to use tool. What do you dislike about Henchman? It does not incorporate 'external' information/knowledge. What problems is Henchman solving and how is that benefiting you? In most cases, I do not need to open older versions of the document that I am working in/on, since Henchman proposes me other clauses.

Henchman is a really helpful when drafting contracts since it allows you to expand your database to any potentially relevant clauses previously used by your coworkers, all while still being time efficient and highly intuitive. What do you dislike about Henchman? I have not come across downsides of using Henchman yet. What problems is Henchman solving and how is that benefiting you? "Very much facilitates drafting of complex contracts/clauses."

What do you like best about Henchman? Using Henchman in the process of drafting contracts, saves me a lot of time, and allows faster turn-around times both internally and towards clients. What do you dislike about Henchman? Some of the more general searches give too much/broad results What problems is Henchman solving and how is that benefiting you? Most importantly, it saves time in drafting contracts

What do you like best about Henchman? Saving time, sharing knowhow with junior associates, better access to firm-wide knowhow. What do you dislike about Henchman? Currently not all types of documents in the framework of transactions are supported yet, but we understand this will be added shortly. What problems is Henchman solving and how is that benefiting you? Efficiency, work-life balance, innovation in the work process, knowhow management

What do you like best about Henchman? Henchman is strong in its simplicity. You don't need long manuals to learn how to work with Henchman. In particular, the division between 'Clauses' and 'Definitions' is very useful for efficient and targeted research of the envisaged legal provisions. What do you dislike about Henchman? No real drawbacks to the Henchman tool. I must confess that I often forget to use the advanced filters which can even further enhance efficiency in our daily drafting ...

"Great tool - Intuitive and fast, almost no set-up or learning efforts required."

What do you like best about Henchman? It's a massive timesaver when drafting contracts: offers quick and precize search results. What do you dislike about Henchman? Would be great if the database would sync real time (so that new clauses are uploaded in Henchman immediately after drafting) and not on a daily/weekly basis. What problems is Henchman solving and how is that benefiting you? The tool saves a lot of time and gives you the feeling of being able to work more efficiently.

What do you like best about Henchman? You are able to retrieve relevant clauses very fast which saves a lot of time in the drafting of contracts. What do you dislike about Henchman? There is not yet the possibility that selected clauses are automatically adjusted to the target document (font, defined terms, ...). What do you like best about Henchman? A user-friendly solution to draft contracts. Easy to reach and helpful staff should you have any questions. What do you dislike about Henchman? I sometimes feel that not all contracts are included in the database. What problems is Henchman solving and how is that benefiting you? Updating the app for a better experience.

There are no real downsides, as the Henchman search engine is fully optional to use when drafting complex contracts. What problems is Henchman solving and how is that benefiting you? the time it takes to draft complex contracts; consistency across the contracts drafted by different colleagues; ...
