"Easy Interface"
What do you like best about Helpshift? The AI bots! AI bots are not a unique idea, but the way Helpdesk has implemented them has been exceptional. I have worked on various platforms which provided AI bots, but the experience was not quite fascinating. What do you like best about Helpshift? It is effortless to adjust the tool for your company's necessity. It has a lot of great modules and bots that help a lot with high demand. "Useful tool in customer experience"
What do you like best about Helpshift? The interface is uncluttered and straightforward to use. Allows the metering of triggers, inclusion of tags and division by queues (related to each specific subject) What do you dislike about Helpshift? Powerful CS tool
PROS: Helpshift is a powerful tool that helps us immediately respond to customer service requests done through our mobile app. Data and analytics are also helpful and has allowed us to easily roll out automated FAQs and templates according to our customers' needs.

"Much better than Salesforce"
What do you like best about Helpshift? The ticket claiming system and the different views. What do you dislike about Helpshift? The system makes it feel "inappropriate" to take a colleague's ticket, and some of them go a long time unanswered. My thoughts on Helpshift
PROS: I like that we have access to edit the FAQ section, and that chat queues are being managed according to categories that allow us to prioritize more urgent concerns.
