What do you like best about Helpshift? Helpshift is very easy to use and organized for our business. What do you dislike about Helpshift? The option to attach screen shots is not clear for patrons What problems is Helpshift solving and how is that benefiting you? We handle all customer complaints for our apps. We are able to contact/reply at a faster pace than just email.

What do you like best about Helpshift? Solves a lot of challenges with supporting mobile apps in one package. What do you dislike about Helpshift? Expensive and very obviously designed to make basic operations cumbersome and not iser friendly, pushing you to higher plans (double the price). "Difficult tool to learn and operationalize"
What do you like best about Helpshift? It is nice to be able to create automated bots as well as route to employees. What do you dislike about Helpshift? The process for setting up bots is convoluted and requires lots of tedious work along the workflow whenever a bot needs to be edited. What problems is Helpshift solving and how is that benefiting you? We were trying to use the automated bots to reduce the workload of our customer service agents by having the bot handle routine questions.

What do you like best about Helpshift? I love the basics for Helpshift, it offers more of a basic and simple solutions when in regards to tickets, the way we can classify the problems/ tickets with certain tags is very helpful What do you dislike about Helpshift? "Overall, A Great Customer Service Tool"
What do you like best about Helpshift? I like that HelpShift is easy to use. It does not take long to get used to the process of answering and closing chats. I also find the search feature very helpful, it makes it easier to locate a certain chat with only a few keywords. What do you dislike about Helpshift? PROS: Helpshift has revolutionized customer service. We are in the gaming industry, and queries often come in by the volume. Helpshift lightens the burden by supporting our agents in sending caged responses to basic questions. Any tickets filed through this system are sure to be followed-up too.
