PROS: It has been a smooth experience so far. Here are few highlights: - Very easy to install the widget on the website and customise according to your needs - Localization baked in - User authentication mode and ability to send emails directly from the chat are awesome

What do you like best about HelpCrunch? We integrated HelpCrunch into our customer success workflow to replace two separate products, Zendesk and Intercom. So far it has successfully covered both functions at a more affordable price and provided some extra features as well.

Best tool for CS
PROS: The product is easy to understand and use, but there are so many options and they are doing new updates all the time! CONS: The conducting of emails can be easier.
