"Easy to use customer support tool"

What do you like best about HelpCrunch? The ease to set up, and how efficient I was able to reply to customers and provide premade answers and automation. It has clear navigation and a lot of options to customize even with the basic plan.

a superb tool for customer communication

HelpCruch has absolutely everything our team needs to automate communication with customers, catch leads and provide valuable information to users in the knowledge base. All the features are really easy to understand and use, with no problems at all. One of the features that we use a lot is a pop-up builder. PROS: HelpCrunch provides all the features I am looking for in a customer engagement tool at a cheaper price. They have a good documented API and dev docs and their customer support are very informative. Definitely a great alternative for Intercom.
