So where do I start? I have been looking for a live chat solution that had a modern interface, with targetted chat and would allow me to put on multiple websites without getting charged a small fortune. I chose HelpCrunch specifically for reasons. I would certainly recommend. Plus the team offered really good responsive answers to any questions that I had.

What do you like best about HelpCrunch? I love having all the tools I need in one system - and that's definitely important when we're talking about customer communication. Having all chats and emails with the same customer in a single place is a big benefit for our team.

What do you like best about HelpCrunch? - the pricing which is much cheaper that what we found in other solutions on the market - we can connect through API to HelpCrunch to send automate messaged based on our custom parameters

Great customer communication tool for SaaS
PROS: Many chat widget customization options Able to connect our product and send in-app messages to the users via Helpcrunch chat There are also neat email marketing automation and ticketing features CONS: Haven't had any problems with the platform's performance
