The best live chat software I have ever used
Helpcrunch is a full-featured application. Despite having so many features it is easy to set up and even easier to use. it motivates the user to do more and provide the best customer experience. it has given us the best return on investment. I particularly like auto messages, the option to send emails and the upcoming knowledge base feature.

What do you like best about HelpCrunch? Excellent platform and customer service. The platform is very robust and complete. I am using all the features and so far I have had no problem. In it it is possible to answer via chat, and to trigger automated messages. They also provide a HelpDesk area.
