What do you like best about HelpCrunch? The ease of use of integrating email support, chat support, and a knowledgebase is of course the best feature. There are many options for this kind of support integration, but HelpCrunch is also extremely affordable.

What do you like best about HelpCrunch? The 3 in 1 is concept is great and at a very good price, the company seems to care about the users and continue to improve based on feedback. We have been using this for almost a year and we are very happy with it and have made interactions with our customers much easier. The chat is the main feature that we use on a daily basis and has worked great for us and our customers.

What do you like best about HelpCrunch? The thing I like the most about HelpCrunch is that they are always ready to answer and help with any difficulties that you may have. You really do feel that they go the extra mile for you. And you get a sense of personalization.

"Great app with great features"
What do you like best about HelpCrunch? So far we still haven't used Helpcrunch to it's potential, st at the moment the best feature we feel is the ability to forward emails from our support address to our Helpcrunch account and then communicate with the client from within the portal. It's all tracked and is wonderful for reporting.

"A nice 3-in-1 chat/email/ticketing systems that still needs some work."
What do you like best about HelpCrunch? 3-in-1... the chat/email/and ticketing systems in one spot works great for me. Being able to tag chats is another plus. I really enjoy being able to reply to a message and that will automatically be submitted to a visitor or customer if they are not on my website. From there, the customer has the ability to respond directly from the email. It is nicely streamlined.

What do you like best about HelpCrunch? So i have been using HelpCrunch for couple of months. My conversion of clients has gone up 23% and it makes it easier to chat with the team instantly about all inquiries.

What do you like best about HelpCrunch? Helpcrunch is a great combination of supporting customers through live chat, keeping them updated through emails and guiding and supporting them through knowledge base. We can even automate the workflow and monitor the performance of the application and leads.

What do you like best about HelpCrunch? It's lightweight code, doesn't affect my page initial loading speed, yet had a ton of features and all the bells and whistles you would expect from a pro chat agent app. I just love it!
