I have been running an ecommerce shop for 9 years across the EU. VAT has been my main issue before as I used different VAT advisors for each market. Hellotax was a gift for us when I was referred to them by our fulfillment company 2 years ago. They take care of my VAT in 10 markets. I'm saving ton of money with them but I like the most that they provide one-stop shop and great support . I highly recommend them.

Hellotax / FBA Hero - Unreliable, Won't Take Responsibility For Anything

It takes a lot for me to write a poor review like this but as a former customer of Hellotax I feel that if 15 minutes of my time can save someone else a ton of time and money, it is worth it. Furthermore I hope that Hellotax, in seeing their real customers' feedback, will change their rotten culture and adopt of more customer centric approach. We worked with Hellotax for 3+ years. Too many issues and unreliable

Customer Service is friendly, but clearly not capable. Always updating retroactive registrations. Emails are not answered correctly on request if the countries are finally registered I won't get an answer. Unreliable. I've incurred high costs and I am still having an audit. Management looks European, but looks like a front for a company with Middle Eastern Management. Be careful what data you share.

Hellotax - Umsatzsteuer

Wir sind richtig happy mit den Lösungen von hellotax. Die Software ist praktisch und wird auch stets verbessert, verpasste Deadlines gab es glücklicherweise (noch) nicht und nicht zuletzt auch Dank hellotax konnten wir in den letzten Jahren so wachsen, wie wir es getan haben. Weiter so!

Ich bin zufrieden

Ich verkaufe auf Amazon und mit meinem eigenen Onlineshop und seit ca. einem Jahr nutze ich hellotax. Bin bisher sehr zufrieden, Kundenservice könnte ein wenig schneller sein, aber steuerlich gesehen ist alles top und was mir besonders positiv aufgefallen ist, ist die Hilfsbereitschaft aller Kontaktpersonen und der Input in den Facebookgruppen. Ich will mich zwar nicht selbst um meine Steuer kümmern aber das ganze besser zu verstehen gibt mir aufjedenfall ein besseres Gefühl und wie gesagt, ...

FBA Hero / Hellotax

FBA Hero / HellotaxSystem funktoniert nicht richtig. Meldungen fehlen im Backend. Es wurden z.b. keine Meldungen für Österreich gemacht, somit hat das Finanzamt Österreich eigene Fessetzungen bestimmt mit doppelter Höhe.Am 30.12.2019 habe ich dazu die erste Email geschrieben, heute 23.01.2020 keine Einzige Email mit einer LÖSUNG zu diesem Problem.Tut euch echt ein gefallen und nutzt einen eigenen Steuerberater / Service.
