Worst UX and non-existent support
Worst UX and non-existent support. Plenty of other solutions have better UX options, bought it because of native KEAP integration but frankly it is not worth it. After purchasing multiple licenses on a yearly subscription asked for support and they advised me to join the webinars. No options for APAC users unless I wanted to jump on at 6am. Asked if anyone could help and they said unfortunately that was the only option for a quick demo. Don't really write reviews but wish I was advised ...

Terrible
Terrible - I have a paid subscription - I keep getting this error "add a field that is not a date" no customer chat to help you just have to email and hope someone comes back to you in days I presume. No proper online help even - so beware. I cancelled my sub - will try a proper company,

I simply love HelloSign!
PROS: I find HelloSign to be user-friendly. It's super quick to use. I love it since it doesn't have that appearance of an e-signature (like that of Docusign). My clients say it's simple to use. CONS: I'm struggling to come up with something that I don't like. If there's anything negative that I'd have to say about this. Then it would be have something to do with fields being duplicated. Whenever I duplicate the fields through clicks, the signature wouldn't land on top of the line.

HelloSign Subscription Payment Practices are Criminal!
PROS: Ease of use. Compared to other solutions out there I would recommend on this item. Problem is customer support and ability to cancel subscription. I find their practice criminal. CONS: FRAUDS! Signed up for a trial subscription with HelloSign. The trial expired on 08-27-20 I could not find the cancellation screen in their software. HelloSign subsequently charged me $480 for an annual unlimited subscription on 08-29-20. No support phone number and no type of direct support. Now have ...

PROS: I love how HelloSign makes things simpler for me and my client. Dealing with agreements and contracts is convenient this time around. It simplifies everything. At the same time, it enhances the professional and reliable image for the business I'm running.

A great way to getting documents signed without having to scan or print.
PROS: I like having the ability to insert my signature without haivng to print the document, getting it signed, scanning it, and sending it over e-mail. It saved me from taking a trip to FedEx. At the same time, I won't have to waste money on paper. It comes free of charge for three documents monthly.

Super easy, comes at exceptional value, and is recommended for anyone!
PROS: Uploading documents has never been this simple. Reasonable price point. Simple to insert details in a document for signing. A trial period (with document restriction) is available for testing. CONS: The e-mail link that is sent after looking at it one time expires. It happens from time to time. I've yet to contact support. So basically, I have no idea how that works.
