The user interface is clean and easy to navigate with clear instructions on what to do. The functionality is very intuitive and the overall service doesn't require much technical knowledge to use. Easy and useful

I made an account ages ago only ever intending to use it once, but have since used it many times. Normally I end up using it to sign random papers as they come in, so I've never had any problems with the three signatures a month limit. It's much easier than printing, signing, and scanning back in.
