I run a contracts company and rely heavily on tools like HelloSign and DocuSign. DocuSign actually works better for my company needs, but I prefer HelloSign's interface.

"Easy to use program and aesthically pleasing!"

What do you like best about Dropbox Sign (formerly HelloSign)? The layout of the website is aesthically pleasing and easy to navigate. They make it very simple to send out your documents in order to be signed. Also like how - they do not need the signers to make an account in order to complete a document. Furthermore, they allow you to send the same document to a group of people and give you access to the progress of the document is being completed.

What do you like best about Dropbox Sign (formerly HelloSign)? The product is easy to use and simply drops the resultant signed file right back into the folder it came from. While I am personally quite technical, I have users who are not and the platform has been picked up easily and does not overwhelm them in any way.

What do you like best about Dropbox Sign (formerly HelloSign)? The ease of use. You can upload any document, add signature lines, text boxes, dates, etc. The ease of HelloSign has created a true fan in me! You can set signer orders so that if a particular signer wants to sign only after all the other information is put in, that's an option!

What do you like best about Dropbox Sign (formerly HelloSign)? It's a super convenient and easy tool to get signatures digitally without burdening clients with a trip to the office. I use it at least once or twice a week if not more.

What do you like best about Dropbox Sign (formerly HelloSign)? I like the color coding that's provided when there is more than one signer. It's also nice that signers are able to click the link emailed to them to get into the document directly.

What do you like best about Dropbox Sign (formerly HelloSign)? It is very user friendly. So easy to navigate and find what I need. I have been a user for my company for a long while now. We have tried different Esign programs and this seems to be the company favorite.

What do you like best about Dropbox Sign (formerly HelloSign)? Once you create a template, Dropbox Sign is super easy to use for sending out a dicument that needs signatures or needs to be reviewed. Its user interface is not cluttered and not complicated, it is easy to navigate, and easy to manage. They have a great many integrations that allow use of HelloSign across other platfoms/solutions/services such as Evernote, GoogleDocs, Microsoft Sharepoint, OneDrive, Hubspot, Slack, etc.

The ability to create templates is super helpful because our business has a lot of different forms that need to be sent out to different members throughout the day. I also love the integration with Slack, which notifies me immediately when a member signs, including a link to the completed form. What do you like best about Dropbox Sign (formerly HelloSign)? I find it incredibly easy to use and it integrates with all of our other software solutions. Additionally, it doesn't cost an arm and a leg for signature software!
