What do you like best about Heimdal®? Always updated. I use this Service to protect my families computers. What do you dislike about Heimdal®? It doesn't include their malware defense services. I would like it if a lifetime subscription was offered for the malware defense service. Recommendations to others considering Heimdal®: Reliable service. "Good product that free up time maintaining 3rd party software."

What do you like best about Heimdal®? Automatic update of various 3rd party software (adobe, docker, notepad++) to close security vulnerabilities in the software. The program is also very easy to use and customer support is both quick responding and very professional. What do you dislike about Heimdal®? We had one issue with a 3rd party software that kept failing during update. But customer support was able to quickly respond to the issue and help troubleshoot the problem. What problems is ...

"Good Cloud solution for patching"

What do you like best about Heimdal®? The easy setup of a patch. That I do not have to have my own server environment that has to be maintained. That I do not have to create patches for the most commonly used programs. What do you dislike about Heimdal®? That users cannot repair and uninstall from the client. That you cannot easily create uninstall packages for your patches/software. That you cannot automatically uninstall a patch if the computer/user falls out of scope. What problems is ...
