What do you like best about Heartland Retail? The system is fairly intuitive and easy to get up to speed on. The POS aspect is straight forward and provides a nice set of alerts to notify users of pending issues with transfers or discrepancies. Although it is not a fully functioning CRM system, it enables enough capabilities to allow retailers to maintain a good relationship with their customers.
