What do you like best about Heap? Heap is quite user-friendly and is a useful tool for analysing current user trends and using this information for the report and evaluation of future stories.

What do you like best about Heap? I love that anytime I have to check a user's activity history I can easily pull that up with HEAP and know the exact dates and events that took place so I know how best to help. It also informs me of what signup pathway they took as well in the dashboard. HEAP also let's me know what type of browser and device they are using so I know if they are lying to me or are just confused.

What do you like best about Heap? What I like best of he software is it’s easy to use interface. Someone without an engineering background can go in and setup their own dashboards for analytics. This is very powerful for us. I also like the fact you have different chart to table options which is extremely helpful when analyzing.
