What do you like best about Heap? Everything is tracked by default (on the front-end side at least). Because it's hard to know from the onset what we'll want to learn about users, being able to retroactively get insights on user behavior without having to implement and gather data for new events has helped me gain weeks of productivity to make quick decisions. We can make decisions in a few minutes instead of waiting days or weeks.

What do you like best about Heap? Love the breadth and depth of the data Heap offers, and how that can be pulled in to Salesforce. This allows my team to better monitor client activity, and get ahead of any issues that could impact a renewal or upsell.

What do you like best about Heap? I was able to jump right in to Heap and start using it. I found it intuitive and easy to work with. It provides the data I need and I can easily export it for other purposes.

What do you like best about Heap? The tool is VERY flexible and allows you to create a wide variety of queries, graphs and searches. Unlike other tools (Gainsight, churnzero, looker, google analytic products), you have full control of what you want to query and how it will be displayed
