Performance is very poor, not so many features as in other competitor products. Very heavy memory usage. What problems is HCL Sametime solving and how is that benefiting you? Using as the enterprise messaging tool.

What do you like best about HCL Sametime? I liked the best is it holds message till the receiver comes online where I observed in other apps it'll show as receiver not online. What do you dislike about HCL Sametime? TBH I didn't like the UI of the IBM Sametime. What problems is HCL Sametime solving and how is that benefiting you? Mostly Sametime makes communication very easy either for internal or business purpose.
