"Buggy and outdated"

What do you like best about HCL Sametime? It is still required to be used at work, but we're slowly transitioning to slack. A lot of our workspace aren't compatible or Co. Pletely transferred to slack yet. Ibm doesn't support Sametime as much anymore and they use their own built in notes version now. What do you like best about HCL Sametime? I like how many ways there are to configure every little feature. What do you dislike about HCL Sametime? By default, the message windows always pop up over whatever app you're using. It's pretty difficult to find how to disable it What problems is HCL Sametime solving and how is that benefiting you? I use it for my everyday work, helps a lot for contact others, specially for me that I am a IT guy.
