What do you like best about HCL Sametime? Has features like screen capture, chat history, group chat and file sharing. Can also customize the emotions pack. What do you dislike about HCL Sametime? The chat history is not in the same window as the chat. You have to open a separate window. The interface feels outdated compared to Microsoft's equivalent. What problems is HCL Sametime solving and how is that benefiting you? Easier to communicate with other team overseas.
