What do you like best about HCL Connections? The availability of resources. There are multiple manuals and resources to use that give step by step directions What do you dislike about HCL Connections? It can be very difficult to use and is not always user friendly. What problems is HCL Connections solving and how is that benefiting you? I am trying to solve issues with antimicrobial use and targeting providers who are superusers.

What do you like best about HCL Connections? I really enjoyed at my previous employer the use of the communities. What do you dislike about HCL Connections? I thought it was difficult to update the profiles within the UI. The interface was a little wonky. What problems is HCL Connections solving and how is that benefiting you? Social outreach, social data basing. I enjoyed the benefits of being able to connect via social networking and that the platform was compatible with mobile.

Not intuitive to use functions like cut and paste and hard to format text What problems is HCL Connections solving and how is that benefiting you? Fewer emails and more instant communications. There isn't a large number of unread emails in my inbox at the end of the day

What do you like best about HCL Connections? I love the media and blogging part the most. The ideation , wikis etc are very helpful and links well . What do you dislike about HCL Connections? Not much as of now . The interface is easy and helpful on its own . What problems is HCL Connections solving and how is that benefiting you? I use it to link and keep most of the things I use at one place and use at ease .

What do you like best about HCL Connections? I like IBM Connections integration with IBM iNotes, which allows me to quickly see the most current content in my email Inbox and Calendar from top bar menu icons on the Connections screen. I also like the ability to create folders within Communities where files can be stored for easy access. What do you dislike about HCL Connections?
