"Effective Communication Tool"
What do you like best about HCL Connections? I like that this program is easy to use for communication between coworkers. Instead of calling or having to find someones desk when you have something you need to discuss, it is simpler to be able to send them a quick message. I also like the ability to change your visibility status as you sign in rather than appearing online immediately and having to change it once signed in.
