What do you like best about HCL Connections? I like that it is reliable. My business moves at a very fast pace all day long. My customers need solutions, and they need them fast. I am able to quickly find solutions, and get them on their way. What do you dislike about HCL Connections? Nothing. I have no issues that I can speak of. "IBM connections is a great tool for any company"
What do you like best about HCL Connections? IBM software is efficient and user friendly it also provide great tool for research. It easily transfers to other databases if you want to run additional reports etc. What do you dislike about HCL Connections? Some of the functions and processses need to be updated. What problems is HCL Connections solving and how is that benefiting you? Tracking and monitoring a lot of expenses and running financial reports.

If you call directly, you may experience some hold time. Recommendations to others considering HCL Connections: Definitely worth it.
